Fukuchiyama’s hottest restaurant that gets a complete makeover between lunch and dinner.
First of all, the "60 minute all-you-can-eat hamburg" during lunch is a really interesting spin on the traditional all you can eat affairs. One 100g hamburger (limited to 50 orders) is served in a skillet. It's baked fresh each order, so you can enjoy it hot. For sauce choices there is a demi glace with red wine, curry, tomato & basil, or you can go sauceless. For the side menu, high-quality Koshihikari rice from local Fukuchiyama is an option for 150 yen (small). Bread is also available.
At night, Bistorot q changes into a full-fledged French restaurant that requires reservations. You can slow down and enjoy a long meal paired with wine. The chef's father is in charge of rice and vegetables. Salads and soups made with vegetables grown in-house also appear at lunch.

After gaining experience at hotels in places like Osaka, I worked locally in Fukuchiyama for about 5 years. During that time, I was able to connect with local businesses and customers, and because of that the French restaurant opened. However, with the idea of allowing people to have their meals at their leisure, I started a reservation system at night. And during the day, my wife, who works as a chef as well, takes charge of our all-you-can-eat hamburg lunch, while I work in the dining area. We are happy to see so many familiar faces time and time again for both lunch and dinner!
French hamburg
A special lunch-only dish from an authentic bistro. This hamburg uses both coarsely ground and finely ground beef, carefully prepared with Awaji Island onions, brand-name eggs and other carefully selected ingredients. Lunch is 60 minutes all-you-can-eat for 1,000 yen (excluding tax) *The All-you-can-eat price is for hamburg only. There is a separate charge for sides and toppings.
Agri-French course
This course meal highlights the freshness of our vegetables, which reach the restaurant from the farm right after they are pulled from the soil.
