A food park that representing the local area, gathering food from the sea and mountains of Tango in one place

A roadside souvenir shop and restaurant that naturally attracts visitors. When it first opened, it only sold specialty products. Now the building is full of fresh seafood and dried fish from the Tango Peninsula, as well as seasonal fruits and sweets. You can also enjoy seasonal seafood dishes at the restaurant on site. The chef is discerning, even purchasing koji from a local soy sauce warehouse to blend original soy sauce. The mellow soy sauce is a mystery because it somehow makes seafood even more fresh. A popular menu item that people can’t wait for every year is the Crab Rice Bowl, which uses a female Matsuba crab (seco crab). This meal is available starting on November 6th every year. Before you leave, check out the souvenir shop for some excellent sea bream chikuwa (540 yen ~ tax included) and take it home with you!

I am in charge of planning and development of food and products. There are two recent hit menu items. The first is the "First Class Tango Umya Rice Bowl". Umya is local slang for delicious but even people who come from afar find themselves saying this about the dish. The other is salted vanilla ice cream. All you have to do is sprinkle some locally made Kotohikihama salt on soft serve ice cream, and the combination of sweet and salty is amazing! I also tried using super expensive salt, but the local salt turned out to be a perfect match!
